Made an appointment online in the evening for the next day. Had a mtg get scheduled onto my calendar that conflicted so as soon as place opened I called and asked if I could even switch the time (noticing they had five openings at just 10 hrs or so ago when I booked). They said yes, had two slots available so I quickly said yes to the first one. Instantly realized the second one was better so called right back. Couldnt get back to front desk (tried 5 times) and instead got someone who was in the back. She reassured me that the time was in fact available and she would walk up front to put it in. I said are you sure. She said yes, no problem. I Arrived, and was told I missed my earlier appointment and that the one I was booked for wasnt actually available. They said we cant control what the call center does. When I asked for this managers business card he went in the back and scratched it out. I drove an hour for this appointment and was not upset at the fact that they mixed it up, nor that they kept insisting that this was all my fault bc I changed a last min appt twice (I also made it last min, called at open of day to make a request they said yes to, and called right back after she hung up) instead of the assured phone call before end of day (bc he had to phone his cfo) they found it appropriate to charge my card $100. Dont make an appointment here unless you want to be treated like cattle (which is apparently how they treat their staff). Not one time did they apologize for their mixup/confusion/communication. Not even once.
