Doctor Sease was amazing !! She helped me with everything in one visit. Prenatal care, the insurance and medications. She was very busy and still made time for me and met all my needs. Shes truly the best! She made me feel so comfortable and cared for today!!

After receiving a referral from my dentist to visit Home Town Health on 1/30/24, I attempted to contact them numerous times without success. Eventually, when someone did answer, they were incredibly rude and informed me that they weren't handling referrals until 3/18. After being abruptly hung up on, I called back on 3/18, only to face more unanswered calls. Finally, I contacted the main office and was instructed to call back in April. Despite my persistence, the staff I encountered were consistently rude and unhelpful. When I called on 4/1 to schedule an appointment, yet another person, in a rude manner, informed me that the dentist was not accepting new patients. The customer service experience was extremely poor, and after countless attempts to secure an appointment, I was very disappointed. I could have been referred elsewhere a months ago. I urge others not to waste their time with this service.
