Park Place Pediatrics

I had to call to change my prescription and the front office lady was rude to me. I was just trying to change it and I had to call a couple times because I was unsure about things. When my father call her she told my father that I was yelling at her on the phone when it was actually her being rude to me.

Dr Koohsari is an incredible doctor who truly cares about his patients. From Day of appointment, fast call backs , to even calling to check up on us during a weekend. I couldnt be more thankful for all he has done for my sons.

We have been going to the doctor's here for 2 years, with my now 11 and 12-year-old. The doctors and nurses and secretary have ALWAYS been so nice and helpful! Both Drs have always laughed and been playful with my kids to ease their worries with going to the Drs! I always get a super fast appointment and there is never a long waiting period when you get there! My daughter is petrified of shots and the secretary even helped us out! Gave my daughter a freeze pop afterwards too! Any concerns or issues are absolutely addressed by the Dr's! It's ALWAYS been a pleasure to bring my children here!

I absolutely love everyone there. My daughter has been with Dr. K since she has been born. Dr. K is absolutely amazing with her and she is very comfortable with him and the ladies.The ladies there are just as amazing. I deal with Ms. Jess and Ms. Sarah a lot and I can not begin to explain (Wed be here all day) how much I appreciate them just as much as Dr. K. They are a great team that works great together with their patients and for their patients.

Not kid friendly. Not attentive with child, lack of interaction with child. Unwelcoming ambiance. Dr was telling me to have a good day like his job was done, um Im confused we need to address this issue I came here For! No thank next dr office plz! And for kids sake bring something colorful to your office, a picture on the wall something.
