We bought a house in December and used Brendon as our realtor. He was so helpful and dedicated to helping us find a house. My husband is very tall (6'6") and therefore finding a house where he could fit was more difficult. After a year, many viewings, and a few offers falling through, we finally were able to buy our first house! Brendon was always positive and reassuring throughout this stressful process. He was also always available to answer any and all of the questions we had, which was a lot. Brendon was able to work around our busy schedules and did a great job scheduling the houses so we could do viewings on our way from where we worked in Albany to our apartment, making it easier on us to meet right after work and get home quick after all of the viewings. I would recommend Brendon to anyone looking for a house, we loved working with him, and plan to use him whenever we decide to sell and move again!

Great experience while searching for land and buying being out of state. As a first-time buyer, Brendon helped me through the whole process, being very responsive given I had limited time in NY and providing very usefull advice and recommendations. I appreciated the commitment during the negotiation process that really made things possible and to make sure everything worked until the very last day of closing.
