"Renting a pod from this company was without exaggeration one of the best decisions we made for our move. It took a lot of the guesswork out of the logistics of transporting our entire lives to a whole new place, and I loved that we could take the time to unpack at our own pace, especially since we were planning on doing some minor renovations before settling in. I should also add that the associates were a dream to work with. Very kind and punctual, and they made themselves available to us whenever we needed their assistance. I genuinely couldnt ask for better service."

"I used one of the storage facilities while I ran into unexpected problems with moving (unrelated to Packrat entirely). Its too much unnecessary info to get into for a review, but long story short, I was stuck with no place to put my things, and I needed to find a place for them immediately. Thankfully, Packrat was immediately able to accommodate me to find a storage unit for until I got things sorted out, and it ended up costing me less than I expected. Needless so say, I am so relieved that they had room to keep my things safe. I did not need the extra headache."
