Two guys behind the counter were very helpful. Found the toilet part that the big stores dont have and I couldnt find the part online. Guys were very knowledgeable.

I never write reviews of places. I dont believe in bringing companies down because of a bad experience. However, I cannot help but write a review of my experience at this store. Last week, I needed some PVC pipe. I am not from this area, and after looking around for stores, I found this store which had the correct size of PVC. I walk inside and go up to the front counter. There appeared to be only one person at the register. He was on his computer for about a solid minute without acknowledging me. I waited patiently. Finally, he looks up and says with an annoyed attitude can I help you?. I say yes, I spoke with someone earlier about some 6 inch pvc pipe. He looks me dead in the eye and says wasnt me, and proceeds to go back on his computer and ignore me. I say ok, could you please let me know where I can find the PVC?. He then starts to raise his voice at me for no reason, saying something along the lines of well whatre you going to do? Just take it and walk out?. At this point Im so confused. Hes getting angry at me for simply looking for PVC pipe. I said what do you mean am I just going to take it? I need to buy PVC pipe. Still in his angry attitude he says ok then we need to do a transaction, as if he thought I was stupid and I was just going to steal the PVC. I was confused at this entire transaction. After looking at other reviews online, it seems this specific person is always like this. This is not how you should act in a customer service position. I did not catch the mans name, but he was older with long hair. This is a grown man treating strangers like this. He does not belong in customer service.
