Terrible customer service, scheduled a call , didnt get a confirmation call until 30 min before coming, at that point I though oh well nobody is coming . Wasted all day waiting for them. They offered to reschedule for 3 weeks. Joke

When we opened our pool, this year, it was black from Caterpillar poop. I called to get my options. The gentleman I spoke with talked me through the process of cleaning and chlorination to get the best results at the lowest cost and risk of damage. He was clear, concise and patient with my questions. I highly recommend them for your pool needs. My appreciation level is to the moon and back . The pool is now a wonderful blue. called Jay's to help us when the other pool service did not do as promised when they opened our pool. They basically opened it, threw some shock on, and gave us very bad advice. Jay's went out of their way for us, arrived the same day we called, assisted my wife with correcting the horrible job the other company did, provided expert professional advice and assistance, showed her what worked and what was needed. Thanks Jay, we will definitely be using you to close and open in the future. Best pool service
