i guess this realtor gets good reviews,well hedi did not call or text our realtor back to let us know that the house was taken at a suppose higher offer, this is poor business practice misleading us, and we went to the house to look for nothing,beware of this realtor its all about money and not caring about getting back and wasting our time very sad in this bad time in our economy from u.s army veteran and spouse!!!!!!!

From start to finish Heidi was amazing. We were first time home buyers and she took the time to explain everything to us, and calmed us down when we were nervous lol. Could not recommend Brass Tacs enough! No matter your need Heidi will make sure you are happy and taken care of!

We listened our house in Colonie with Heidi back in August she was away in Florida when we reached out to her to put our home on the market she was getting married in just a few days she said no worries I will get everything going for you , 2 days later photographer was at our house taking pictures and our house was on the market 2 days later with multiple offers . Heidi went above and beyond all while she was away and on vacation planning her own special day (her wedding) . Heidi is amazing
