I have worked with Crystin on multiple occasions and she has always surpassed my expectations. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and over all a delight to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a realtor.

Crystin helped me move into an amazing apartment in downtown Albany! The entire process was so smooth that the stress of moving was nearly nonexistent! She answered any questions I had and helped iron out any problems. Anyone needing a broker should absolutely go through Crystin! She works incredibly hard to make sure everything is squared away! If I could give 100 stars I would!

Works for Redburn Properties on the side. Inefficient and lacks the ability to get things done. Edit: this person was notified our dog was an American Staffordshire at the very beginning. Most people know that AmStaffs are part of the pitbull family. Especially folks who are involved with residential real estate. Stop wasting people's time and making excuses for your desperate attempt to make a few bucks. No one asked you to work weekends or work for the biggest slum lord in Albany.

I worked with Crystin directly and got put into the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of living in my life. She works directly with BA Property Management which is quite the scam of a company that handles intermediary duties for landlords in the area and although their behavior may be out of Crystin's control, she still recommended and got me into this place. I would heavily reconsider them as a business partner if I were you. I'm in the process of breaking my lease and getting out of this nightmare as of writing. I hope you chose better partners moving forward as I wouldn't wish my experience on my worst enemy. >> "At no point did I "recommend" an apartment to you. You sent an inquiry in July to request a tour of said apartment. After the tour, you chose to apply and furthermore sign a lease on said apartment. Additionally, the condition of the apartment during the tour as well as during your move-in walk through were exactly the same. The only difference was the carpets being removed, which we previously discussed. If you had concerns at any point during your move in, you should have brought them to my attention, and I would have been happy to contact the Property Managers. However, you never voiced any concerns during your initial tour or when you were moving in. I am not sure why you think it is appropriate to post a review on my business page regarding services that are not relative to my company (as you already stated), or recommend who I should or shouldn't work with. Quite honestly, if it were up to me, you would have never gotten keys in the first place considering you failed to pay your rent before moving in." Following up a response to this. You literally stand by the properties you show off. I only held off paying the first month because NOTHING of what was supposed to be cleaned up (that you said would be cleaned up during the viewing) was cleaned up. The only thing that was "cleaned up" was the aforementioned carpets being removed. There was still trash and stuff all over the porch, left over rotting furniture, windows that wouldn't close or lock, and we didn't even get all the keys to the property. We still don't even have all the keys to the property as of writing. We didn't get power or hot water for 2 weeks after move in due to issues with the building. You didn't even know what all was included in the space and had an ambivalent attitude during the showing, sitting on your phone for most of it waiting for responses about the location from someone else. You failed to inform me just how bad the whole property was and stood by your decision going after my partner and I after brokering us into this situation. You told us stuff would be cleaned up and to this point, I've done more cleaning and repairing of this place than it seems the property management company you stand by has ever done to this place. This interaction has only shown me you need more than better business partners. Also, it's quite the take that you love the positive reviews from people you broker places to rent from but its suddenly "not relative to [your] company" when its a critical or negative review. Follow up to your most recent response. Defamation? Ive said nothing untrue and I would love to see you take me to court. I'll upload our entire text conversations if I need to. I did reach out to you multiple times and you did nothing but say you shouldn't have given me the keys to the house and kept redirecting to waiting for the property management and was of little to no help. You are making it increasingly apparent how difficult you are to work with and how much of a downhill slide it is getting into a situation with yourself. I hope we dont have the displeasure of crossing paths again.

Chris: To be clear, your choice in owning a Pitbull and a property management’s decision to not allow “aggressive breeds” has nothing to do with my services or “ability to get things done.” Had you been forthcoming with your dog’s breed rather than abbreviate another term/breed that does not even match your dog’s vet records, a decision of not allowing your dog would have been made far sooner in advance. Instead, I spent 3 consecutive days, including a weekend, working with management to offer you some options. To consider my services as being “inefficient” is blatantly false and irresponsible. I exhausted all efforts to come to a positive resolution for you. However, when management chose to discuss this matter with their attorney on the next business day, they were advised to continue with their current pet policy of not allowing “aggressive breeds.” That being said, your review is nothing more than someone lashing out when not given the answer that they want.

Kevin: At no point did I "recommend" an apartment to you. You sent an inquiry in July to request a tour of said apartment. Quite honestly, if it were up to me, you would have never gotten keys in the first place considering you failed to pay your rent before moving in.Additional and Final Response to Kevin: As I already mentioned, the duties of a property manager and/or management company are not relevant to my company. I was hired to merely reach out to those who inquired about the apartment, schedule the tour and provide them with the application. It was not within my contract with the property management company to address any maintenance issues or even so far as to review and approve your application. While I agree the apartment is expected to be cleaned and in move-in condition for a new tenant, that is not something I have control over. You have already established in your previous comments that you know those things are out of my control, and at no point after you moved in did you once reach out to me regarding your issues. I find it quite interesting that 2 months after moving in and receiving no contact from you, you decide to go on my business page to report what you now think is relevant to my company. I took it upon myself to reach out to the property managers today to further understand the situation, and it was brought to my attention that the landlord himself even spoke with you. I am not going to continue debating this on my business page as this is not the appropriate channel. You clearly have my contact information and could have called me if you felt this was something I could help you with. That being said, any further comments regarding this matter will be taken as defamation and will be reported accordingly.
