        The older lady taking the money was very rude! I had a duncan coffee with me and she told me i cant bring it in! i said i ll dump it when i get in. she said no dump it here! no outdoor drinks inside yet i did not see signs and i saw people with drinks inside not from the snack bar. went to buy a water. the debit machine only took $3.00 and above so i had to buy 2 The lady that works taking the money should be let go.

        I use to love this place. Kids friendly. A little bit expensive when u pay $15 for a 3yr old. I wanted to give a 5 star for the instructor and skating staff but could not as management or the people taking your money don't understand the term child. They should have a policy to charge differently to the kids.

      We do have signs in our lobby regarding food and drinks. There are 4 signs to be exact. We are a small business...we sell many different food and drink items. Do you bring your own food to a restaurant? I would guess that you don't. I was not rude to you in any way .I had to ask you three times to throw your drink away, and I even offered to hold your drink in the office while you spent time in our facility. The reason you saw others with their own drinks is because they sneak things in...we cannot catch them all. I am sorry you couldn't abide by our rules. That's on you. And I am the OWNER, NOT AN EMPLOYEE SO I WONT BE LETTING MYSELF GO. We are trying to make a living and it's people like you who cannot comprehend why we must have rules, because we dare to make a little bit of money. So think about that for a while.
