        Great experience at the Schenectady SSA office. I got there when they opened and was 3rd in line. There's an automated check in that's simple to use. I only waited one minute before being seen. The SSA rep was friendly and very helpful. He resolved all of my issues and concerns.

        I have gotten nothing but a run around since I applied for spouses benefits. Different answers each time I call but each time at the end they say it's been taken care of. Suppose to hear on 2 to 5 weeks it's been over 2 months and still no answers!!!!!
