My son was in the NICU for a while , due to being premature. When he gets out the hospital I schedule a wic appointment, they schedule me 4 weeks out. Im like wow Woah okay. Mind Yu hes on a special formula thats more pricey than the average,. Four weeks is a long time but . They are suppose to call me by phone. My appointment was at 2pm. So 2pm comes no call. I wait, now its 2:10pm I call them because I still havent received a phone call. I get in touch with the lady she says I called you. Did Yu get the call, I reply I did not get the call. She said because its ten minutes late they couldnt do the appointment anymore AFTER I waited 4 WEEKS. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. I was told they would call me . And never called. Please dont waste your time with Schenectady wic . You can go to any wic in any county. This wic is just an embarrassment of a business. I will be reporting these or Ill EVERYWHERE.
