CLARDON SWIMMING POOL SERVICE AND PUMP SHOP

Disappointing experience. I bought a house with a pool, I have never owned one and it needs service (still). I wanted to give this highly referred local company my business before we even moved in. I first called August 18 and spoke with a very polite lady who said I would be getting a call back from someone else. I now have waited almost a month from my initial call, with 2 follow up calls in between. First follow up was Aug 31, and a second follow up on Sept 11. Very respectfully expressing my needs each time. Just to be told I was making stuff up about when I first called. Dont see how much more understanding I couldve been in regards to their busy closing season. I explained this, and patiently waited weeks between my follow up calls without bugging them. Any communication would have helped. Its a shame and ironic because they are the only pool service company that actually picks up the phone!

If you have an pool needs, this is the place you want to go. They know pools inside and out! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they also go out of their way to meet any needs you have for your swimming pools. The store is always clean, well stocked, and of course bright and colorful. If you want to get top quality products at a great price, expert advise, as well as be treated like family, this is your place!

Very knowledgeable. Staff is friendly and VERY helpful. Instead of just trying to make a sale and get you out the door, they take the time to make sure you have everything you need and they don't try to get you to buy things you're not there for. Highly recommend
