        DO NOT RENT A PENSKE HERE! Just a heads up, Bob & Mike have retired and no longer run this business. I WALKED in and reserved a Penske truck here IN PERSON. Reserved it for a Saturday morning, well Saturday morning comes and there is no truck here, in fact NOBODY was here, the whole place was closed. I had to go to Penske in Albany to get a truck, several people were there who had the SAME story. Turns out HSK was taking reservations and just not showing up. Long story short, DO NOT RESERVE A PENSKE HERE! I would give zero starts if possible.
