I had my grandson overnight and he suddenly started crying with a fever saying his ear hurt. I walked into the office and everyone was so kind, caring, and absolutely wonderful. The staff up front was awesome, the nurse and the doctor. They even gave him a dose of the antibiotics there so we didnt have to drive to Clifton park at the 24 hour CVS and get the prescription as it was already 7:30 pm. Thank you so much for everything!!! I am so grateful!!

Dont go here! We have used this urgent care for years-never a great experience but close by. Now they stop taking patients at 8pm, even though they are open until 9pm. They told me they have to have time to do their notes or theyll never get to go home. Not a reason to not see sick patients-but if so, at least change the hours! Ridiculous.

I came in with my chest really tight because I felt my blood pressure was high or was having a heart attack. The girl at the front desk refused to have me be seen and offered to call 911. The point is I used to work at Urgent Care and know for a fact anything with chest pain should be seen immediately with no questions asked, not just offer them 911. I'm coming to urgent care to avoid the long 12 hour waits at the hospital. I walked in at around 8pm and they closed at 9pm. Between that time my chest was pounding and had to run to the emergency room, when they checked my pressure at the ER it was very high. Now what would have happened if I had a heart attack on my way to the ER because this urgent care refused to see me. I was scared to drive now to the ER knowing this urgent care could have seen me. This was Monday Night 05/15/2023 and would like this to be handled. It was the girl with glasses and the LADY who was working with the receptionist. I did not argue with the girls and simply left. Just very unprofessional for an empty waiting room and empty parking lot.

Front desk staff is wildly unprofessional and the wait time is ridiculous. I dont know if its a lack of staff or what, but I will definitely not be returning to this location. The Well Now care centers are much better.

Reception staff is extremely rude and unknowledgeable. Took my husband this morning Got here early at 850 am waaitited and till 9am they opened on time he was 2nd in line both through the door and completed the paperwork and handed back immediately they ended up misplacing his paperwork they called 4 pt ahead of him....they were rude when asked about it. He was called in ne t. The in take nurse was very rude impatient and condescending...the np was ok good bedside manor. However the exam room was disgusting it had black ants crawling on the floor the pa didn't wash or sanitize her hands or. Wear a mask...place going downhill quickly. They gave my husband a rx for ben,ornate which after carefully reading about this rx we found out that there are 10 rx severe drug interactions. Hence to say he is not going to be using this medication. The intake nurse took a list of his current rx and the PA was aware too.....think twice before going Herr in the future...they are under educated straight out don't care about their patients.
