        Incompetent employee's. Asking for a paper receipt from an online order (that were fake games by the way) and refusing to do a return because of that. Absolute waste of time and space

        Ive worked at multiple GameStops in the past, these guys must not know policy at alll. Ive placed online orders for consoles many times and have just walked in and give them the last 4 of my order number. Then Im out. Butttt no not today, not this location. Which I drove all the way to over a hour, just for the guy to say you need ID which is not true at all. You mainly need ID for warranties. Terrible location would never order anything here again and would suggest someone else use a different location.
