From inspection to completion, Renew USA provided extremely professional service! I submitted a request through their website and the very next morning, received a call from Angelina. She understood the urgency and was very accommodating throughout the entire process. Their price quote approval and appointment scheduling system are completely paperless and provides both email and SMS alerts/reminders. The initial inspection of the system was done promptly and transparently - their lead technician, Ian, sent me photos and videos of the damaged cables and equipment. The repair process was seamless - Ian returned with two technicians and they removed all the solar panels and repaired/replaced every damaged cable in the system to ensure full system integrity. Additionally, they installed a critter guard, to deter critters from nesting under the panels, thereby preventing future damage to the system. This company provides a very high level of service, with customer satisfaction being their main goal. I highly recommend them for all your solar needs!

Cant say enough great things about this company they came and did everything correctly they were upfront with me. Completely honest and hands-down one of the most efficient companies Ive ever seen from start to finish. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them in every aspect of having solar put on my home.
