My experience with Sherri Miller Malone of Coldwell Banker was nothing short of fantastic. I was interested in selling my Townhouse in Peekskill a few years ago, but my use of another real estate agent in the past was lackluster, at best. I saw her on Facebook, and decided to give her a try. We looked at the comps, but I determined it was not the right time to sell, financially. Sherri was patient with me, keeping me on her radar, checking in every so often (but not in an annoying way!). In March of 2019, I again asked her to check the comps, and that was a much better time. I knew for this particular property, I would never recoup ALL the money I originally paid, but I wanted to lose as little as possible. To agree on a price, she showed me the comps, looked at my place, and then we exchanged what we thought were solid listing prices. Much to my surprise, what I was willing to accept was almost $20K less than her! Needless to say, we went with her listing price and readied it to put on the market. She suggested a new coat of paint and a good cleaning, including carpets, and had reliable contractors who could perform any service I could not take on myself. Once that was completed, she arranged the staging and photography shoot, which included video. It went smoothly and looked perfect WOW!! We were ready to place on the market within 1 month. The first week on the market, we had an open house that first weekend and had several interested parties! After several showings, I got a good offer, negotiated to make it a bit better and BAM, just like that, we were under contract. Sherri took care of everything, from start to finish, and took a tremendous load off my back and my mind. I dont think the fact that I live out of state had anything to do with this that is just her MO. She guides, she suggests, she schedules, she plans, and most importantly, she FOLLOWS THROUGH. The closing went so smoothly, I was, frankly, shocked. No surprises! While selling this property was bittersweet I loved it it was time. I am so grateful that I used Sherri, and so thankful that she made the process so smooth and, yes, profitable. I highly recommend Sherri Miller Malone to help you buy or sell a home she is genuine, helpful, knowledgeable and true professional.
