Amazing Customer Service I previously visited the Brooklyn location and the service between the two was night and day. I was waiting on a survey i was told I would receive but unfortunately i didnt so i hope this review falls in the right lap. Rosa was amazing, she helped my daughter pick out a dress for her 5th grade graduation and really took her time bringing different styles and checking for fits and even showing us different colors on the website. For this to be a per say self Service store she went above and beyond to make my daughters experience memorable. We even came back on Saturday and my youngest daughter introduced Rosa to my oldest daughter who was going to prom as well and asked her to style her . I really had an amazing experience at Windsor in SI. Also great assortment of merchandise and super organized. Windsor you turned a horrible experience in one store to an amazing experience in another. Rosa if you ever see this thanks for the attention. ( Mrs. Mendez)

Im not one to write reviews but after my terrible experience in the Staten Island at Windsor I decided to write one.I personally love Windsor but dread going in there because they not only have the worst unless workers but they are always so nasty!!! I went there this afternoon, there were only 2 workers that were so miserable and nasty! One was on a zoom call for school which is unprofessional to began with I dont know how thats even allowed while your working but alright. She kept walking away every-time I needed help because I was interrupting her class. The other worker who seemed like a manager was just a nasty person, who shouldnt work in retail if she has no customer service skills. I asked her if I could switch a size for me from the mannequin for me because they didnt have it on the racks on the floor. She tells me clothes on the mannequin arent for sale which Ive never heard before then 10 minutes later hands me the pants after I told her that Ive had previous employees take clothes off mannequins. After I try the pants on with other items I needed another size in something else that was only on another mannequin. When I asked her nicely along with expressing that I was in a rush to go to work. She proceeds to tell me that Im going to have to wait and come back that shes busy mind you she was doing nothing but standing there. She was just being lazy and useless. I wouldnt recommend going into the store unless you want to get annoyed and disrespected. Go on the website save yourself the hassle.
