Very unprofessional. "Disappeared' after a complication in the hospital and it took days for him to finally respond. He gives incomplete information when you are actually able to talk to him. When reviewing the medical records from the hospital stay he lied in the chart and wrote that the patient was very satisfied. When another doctor disagrees with what he wanted he takes it very personally. As an aside, his staff at his wound center were knowlegeable and competent. Stay away from this surgeon.

I read the negative reviews regarding this practice. Unfortunately, I have found them to be true, ranging from rude and unprofessional receptionists to a complete lack of follow up by Dr. Pacifico. His office failed to follow up with me after a month of having surgery, not one call! The receptionist was extremely rude to me when I called the office to make an appointment. I have an infection as I write this and am seeking help from another doctor. Please take your time and seek out competent care.

Horrible office and doctor. Came in for a CHECK up on an injury i had 2 years ago because i have a legal case regarding it. All i wanted was a check up because i still have crazy nerve pain and more and thats it plain and simple right? Just a check up, doctor that did my surgery said theres NOTHING he can do and that he cant check it or nothing. Didnt even put on a glove to examine it just stood there with his hands in his pocket and said theres nothing i can do. Ive taken a number 1 longer than seeing the doctor. Waited 20 min just to be kicked out the office in 25 seconds. I have family in the medical field calling BULL on him. UNPROFESSIONAL and CARELESS. If you hate this field go into something else. Theres no reason you should be putting people down when theres legal responsibilities on it. Terrible staff as well!

First off the office has no clue what they are talking about.. was supposed to get hand surgery on June 9th and I had to call the hospital because I didn't receive a call for pre op.. I wasn't even in the system.. so they had to reschedule my surgery on Wed the 23rd.. it was clearly there mistake and they denied it.. so went in for surgery yesterday and have an open wound on my hand and was told by the secretary that Dr pacifico gave instructions for me to remove my dressing on my own.. I did and its 10x worse and they seem not to care.. dealing with Dr pacifico and his office has been nothing but unprofessional and extremely frustrating.. I spoke to my lawyer and he clearly stated that I was at high risk for infection by me taking the dressing off myself.. the dr is clearly supposed to remove the dressing and asset the opened wound on my hand and it looks 10x worse then ever.. would never again use him and wouldn't recommend anyone I cared for to get surgery done by Dr pacifico

Most unprofessional office Ive ever dealt with. Was bit by a dog Tuesday, PA who did my stitches got in touch with Dr. Pacifico and he told the PA he would see me in the morning on Wednesday, call the office to let the girls know. I took off from work and called as I was told to do so. His workers told me I couldnt be seen because he was on vacation that he would see me the following day. I waited a day he checked the stitches and told me they will come out in 1 week. The day before my appointment the office calls to cancel me and told me they needed to reschedule me for next Thursday, which is an extra week with these stitches in. I work in the medical field and I understand specialists get busy but this office was just so unorganized. I will not be returning back to this doctors office ever again. Rather take the stitches out myself.
