        The staff here picks up the phone promptly and are extremely courteous. Dr Cymerman is thorough and thoughtful and I would recommend her to anyone. The nurse practitioners are knowledgeable and are accommodating .

        The office staff is the rudest unprofessional people i have ever had the displeasure of doing business with in my life! Especially the woman with the curly hair who sets appointments incorrectly and blames it on the doctor or patients! Oh then says this office isn't usually used for children.. really so why is there stickers here and why did you accept him as a patient in the first place!
