        If the apocalypse is going to happen, it will start at Skyline Apartments. The uncared for, stricken, helpless tenants walk around aimlessly like the walking dead. Wouldn't be caught dead there, which is what happened to my brother. The only reason he was found was his rent was 2 weeks late. Supportive housing? Not hardly. If I never saw 753 James Street again, it will be too soon. Poor tenants. This cement and brick coffin keeps you off the streets. Barely that. This place is the 2nd, 3rd and 4th depths of hell.
