I missed one phone call from them. Multiple phone calls and emails later, and I can't reach anyone. Switching to another agency. Update: Information and documents that are promised within a few days take weeks, and that takes me reminding them to do something.

I have been working with Erica Marshall. She is great. She walked me through all aspects of House Insurance and car insurance bundle with progressive. She also fixed my house insurance reinstatement because I had an operation and was not able to renew my policy on time. She kept constant contact with me in order to get this mess straightened out. She is a great asset to your company and has an extensive knowledge of what to do and how to make it happen quickly and efficiently.
