Love Story by Angela's Bridal

I absolutely loved my experience at Love Story. It was the first and only place I went to try on wedding dresses. We were doing a planned elopement outside in a Glacier National Park but I still wanted a traditional wedding dress and I thought I had a general idea of what I wanted but ended up having no idea what I wanted. My top 3 dresses could not have been more different and the staff helped walk me through the pros and cons of each of them without pressuring me one way or another. Its a small shop so you dont feel overwhelmed but they have a great variety of dresses and also do designer trunk shows quite often. Its also a seamless transition if you use their alterations studio (which I recommend). Everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish and Ive already recommended them to multiple friends!

In response to the owner: Sure. Well lets start with my husband died and you didnt allow my daughter to get her dress I paid for because she was outside of the time frame you allow. She and myself, sent you certified letters and called and spoke with you explicitly explaining the situation. Understand there are terms and agreements we signed, but when unexpected events happen, you should err on the side of kindness rather than obligation. Its not only a bad look, (and karma) but also bad for business ;) Luckily we found my daughter another dress, but you selfishly pocketed 3k of my money for half the dress and kept HER DRESS. I work locally (no need to disclose) and tell everyone not to shop here. For being a bridal shop and helping create a beautiful love story for people getting married, you missed the point and mark. Soften your heart and maybe dont be money hungry. Hope you can keep some of your good ratings and dont do this to any other paying customers.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience last year buying my wedding dress from Love Story by Angela's Bridal from the very first meeting until the day I picked up my dream dress!! All of the ladies there were so knowledgeable about all of the different types of dresses, and they were able to read my emotions while trying on the different dresses, in order to help me find "the one". They were patient and kind and never rushed me (or my Mom). They were there for me and made me feel so special, even though I know they do this all the time with so many other brides lol. The dress itself was the most gorgeous dress I had ever seen and it was so ME! I would buy the same dress over and over again and I am so happy that I chose this one as my final bridal shop. The dress and the bridal shop couldn't have been more perfect. I highly recommend. Thank you Love Story Angela's Bridal!

WORTH THE READ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Exactly 60 days prior to my wedding 10/7/23, my dress at another shop called and told me I would no longer be getting my wedding dress due to "shipping issues" and could not provide any proof of ordering the dress I paid for as well as provided horrific customer service. I was in tears, and at a loss of what to do. Without hesitation, Love Story by Angela's Bridal, took me in immediately for an appointment and were absolutely phenomenal. I knew I would have to pick something off the rack due to the timeline but it was nothing short of amazing as their dresses are in immaculate condition. It is beautiful, high end, clean, comforting and one in a million experience. Not only that, but they carry real sizes for real women. The second I walked in, they asked me what I was looking for, and after about 10 dresses I had to stop. Each dress that I tried on, I fell in love with. I couldn't believe it. It was incredibly difficult to choose from. My only regret is that I didn't go here first after a horrible experience at my first bridal shop. The ladies were beautifully dressed, kind, encouraging, supportive and sensitive to my situation. They felt for my story. After deciding on my dress, they also called in a favor at their alteration studio to get me in ASAP to be altered. I have so many words yet no words to explain my deepest thank you to this team and company. Thank you for the most wonderful experience. I am grateful and so blessed. After having kids, I have never felt more beautiful. Thank you!

My experience at A Love Story was BEYOND amazing! From the first time I stepped first in the shop the girls were so warm and welcoming. I tried my dress on and immediately knew it was it and they still let me try on more to make sure it was right. They then stored the dress (as it was the sample I purchased) until June! When they had a trunk show for accessories they let me come in and try my dress on again. The dress was so perfect and Im still so so in love with it. I cant thank the A Love Story team enough for making my dreams come true
