In all honesty, I cant remember a time, since receiving my drivers license 32 years ago, where Ive been treated better by an insurance agency. Chris was courteous, polite, honest, pleasant and attentive to detail. I do not see myself shopping around for insurance elsewhere anytime in the futureMy experience was completely fulfilling and positive.

I was impressed how personable Sheila Williams & Chris of the Troy office were. They were extremely helpful in getting our auto & homeowners policies set up. Besides their good natured personalities, their interest in us has given the feeling that we're like family. They're what a large scale company with a small home-town feel should be.
