        Wrong info given all the time. Not a good bank.

        It's not often I need to walk into the bank and see a teller. However, Citizens bank is never around when I need to see someone. Look at their banking hours, what bank isn't open, at minimum, on Saturday morning? Closes at 4 weekdays, who banks with you during work hours? You want to save money? Why not just close the Branch permanently and go the way of Bank of America?

        Very unpleasant mortgage manager Christy, not willing to provide any ideas for resolving a problem. Poor managements skills for treating a customer. Lacking common sense to deal with a situation.
