I cant say enough about Claim Solutions. Chris, Kelly and their team were there every step of the way. They far surpassed my expectations. While our neighbors were still fighting with their insurance companies, Chris and his team already had gotten us our first check. I highly recommend them. I was very fortunate to have used them.

Chris and Kelly at Claim Solutions went above and beyond to help us get a full and fair insurance settlement. The adjusters from the insurance company put up all sorts of obstacles, and didn't accept professional assessments of what it would take to repair or replace my grand piano. Kelly kept pursuing the claim even though it took over a year, and went through several different adjusters, until he got a very fair settlement for us. In addition, he and Chris noticed our wine collection when they came to look at the damage in the house, and they submitted a claim for all the damaged wines (which I didn't even think about submitting), and got us full reimbursement for our wine collection. Throughout the process, they were professional, responsive, and wonderful to deal with. My husband was going through chemotherapy during the claims process, and hiring Claim Solutions to take on the hassle of communicating with the insurance company was the best decision we made, it gave us peace of mind, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They are 100 percent the best!

From start to finish my guys Chris and Kelly made the entire insurance claim process a breeze. The guys assured me from the beginning that they were going to handle everything and they definitely kept the promise. They took the time and made sure to explain how everything works so there wouldn't be any surprises at the end. It was unfortunate that we had to meet on the circumstances of hurricane IDA but the fellas definitely have family now here in Louisiana. I would highly recommend Claims Solutions for any kind of public adjuster needs.

Claim Solutions has been a wonderful experience of customer service! After my family being devastated by the damage that Hurricane Ida caused to my home in August 2021, I was very discouraged, hopeless, and overall angry. I knew that I had homeowners insurance, but figured that they would try to shortchange me after filing my claim. Low and behold, they did when they sent their own insurance adjuster out. After that, I knew it was time to hire a public adjuster. Thats when I discovered Chris with Claim Solutions. He and Kelly managed my claim from that point as I knew that my job wouldnt allow me the time and effort to fight the insurance company to indemnify me of my losses. Of course, with the devastation that I suffered, I knew that the process wouldnt be quick, but it was worth it. Chris and Kelly always made me feel comfortable and hopeful even during my lowest points. To make a long story short, Chris and Kelly nearly maxed out my policy limits with my insurance settlement and I am on the road to completing the repairs to my house. I recommend this company to anyone facing damages that you believe the insurance company will not indemnify you for. The insurance company is NOT your friend!
