Great experience from beginning to end, most of the bad reviews on here have a common denominator, you guys didnt show up to an appointment, got upset that there were repercussions and was probably rude to the staff and go on google to write a bad review.

So lets see first they say they can do extractions well they cannot. Staff was rude shaking their at me because I needed some work done. They say they cant do it and give me a referral to a surgeon. They dont accept my insurance. So I get my own referral. Surgeon requests XRays from Dr and gets sent ones from 6 years ago that arent even close to accurate and these people try sending me a bill. I call today to sort this out and get stuck on hold then hung up on. No way stick it up where the sun dont shine!

I had 5 crowns done on my front teeth. The job he did was amazing and completely exceeded my expectations! Also, he was very nice, felt comfortable with him, he really knew exactly what he was doing working on my teeth. One of the best dentists I have had, I would definitely recommend him!

Extremely rude to me. I cannot believe the way kayla and hayleigh just treated me. I had a referral to wilson dental in syracuse, but they wont extract just one tooth, it has to be 4. So the other dental office was booking until the end of june and my tooth already hurts now. Kayla said well to be fair, we referred you to syracuse, its not OUR FAULT you dont have a car to get to syracuse. And i said they wont pull just one, they need 4, so what is the point of mentioning wilson?? She said well, we did our part. And i told her there is no point in mentioning wilson and she hung up on me. I called back, kayleigh answered. I asked for the supervisor, she said she isnt there. I asked for the name, she only gave me the first name. I said do you know the last name? She said nope. I said you dont know your boss last name? She said nope. I said what day will she be in office? She said i dont know. I said you dont know your boss business hours, or her last name? She said YUP! And hung up!!! I am hoping the supervisor Alex , last name unknown, can reach out and help being her employees are not cooperative, helpful, or friendly. This is how they treat patients??? I really hope the supervisor sees this and properly addresses behavior like that.
