I've used this company in the past with no issues, but recently, I called to have two locks rekeyed at my business and have 6 new keys made. I was quoted one amount and charged almost twice as much when they came. They said they'd call and let me know what time they were coming, but instead, a tech just showed up at business when I wasn't there, did two rekeys, charged me for three and demanded immediate payment from my employee, who had no choice but give him cash from the register, throwing my books off for the day. I called to have it sorted, they said they'd call me back as soon as they spoke to the tech and I never heard back from them. Never again.

Very courteous and very fast. We lost our car keys and they came right to house programed a new key with in an hour. Highly recommend them.
