Bozhena is not an adequate worker for your center, she has already shouted at people who have nothing to do with her several times, and this is not the first time that people have complained about her, please take some measures.

I want to share my recent experience with The Center , a refuge center in Utica, NY, specifically regarding their immigration services. My wife and I sought assistance with our Green Card Application from TATJANA KULALIC, who is responsible for handling such cases. Initially, during our first appointment, TATJANA presented The Center as an ideal choice for immigration help, providing us with seemingly helpful information. However, as we progressed through subsequent appointments, it became evident that her competence was questionable. Numerous mistakes were made, such as errors in my passport and social security numbers. Despite pointing out these errors, TATJANA assured us that everything would be corrected before submission. As the appointments continued, it became clear that TATJANA was overwhelmed with her workload. She consistently pushed appointments 2-3 weeks later, showing signs of disinterest in our case. We had made ourselves available whenever she had the earliest time, but her attitude remained indifferent. As the process continued, TATJANA's efficiency seemed to decline, and she consistently claimed to be busy, scheduling appointments weeks later. Despite our flexibility, she appeared uncommitted to our case. She consistently delayed appointments and seemed preoccupied, making it challenging to address our immigration needs promptly. It took over a month to work through the paperwork, even with all necessary information readily available. The turning point came when we were ready to submit our application and made the necessary payment. Surprisingly, TATJANA suddenly became more efficient. TATJANA hurriedly prepared the paperwork only to resist our request to review it before finalizing. When we insisted on verifying the documents, she displayed frustration and reluctance. Choosing to check the paperwork at home, fortunately, our diligence revealed multiple errors, including the incorrect entry of my Alien Number throughout the I-485 Application. When we contacted TATJANA to address these issues, she claimed to be too busy and didn't have time until the next month to rectify her own mistakes. In my head, I couldn't help but think, "Since you are so busy, why accept new cases? Taking on fewer cases and dedicating more time to each might result in more accurate and reliable service." Following this discovery, attempts to contact SHELLY CALLAHAN, the Executive Director, but received no response.. Attempting to address these concerns with Shelly Callahan, proved challenging. Emails and calls went unanswered, and a visit to the center was fruitless as Shelly was not present. Frustrated by the lack of response and the continued issues, we paused payment on the check. Feeling frustrated and realizing the lack of professionalism, we decided to pause the payment on the check and corrected the mistakes ourselves using online resources. A month later, TATJANA called to inquire about the returned payment, emphasizing that she worked on the papers, regardless of the mistakes. I want to emphasize that payment should be contingent on satisfactory service, much like in any other profession. If one studies for a class but fails the exam, the teacher does not give an A. Similarly, if a plumber cannot completely fix a pipe, the owner does not pay in full. This experience has left us disappointed with The Center's lack of professionalism, and I've come across similar complaints about TATJANA KULALIC from other individuals. In summary, my experience with "The Center" was disappointing. TATJANA KULALIC's handling of our immigration case was riddled with errors and an apparent lack of commitment. The center's unresponsiveness to our complaints and attempts to rectify the situation demonstrated a disregard for client satisfaction. If seeking immigration assistance, I recommend thorough research and considering alternative places.
