I went there around 3pm the sign said come in we're open but the door was locked and no one was around. I waited 30 min called and knocked and got no answer. Eventually i gave up

This place has really gone down hill lately. They used to have very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Last time I was in the guy had the music on so loud we couldn't even hear each other. When I was finally able to get across what I was looking for, he said no and went in the back without another word.

Went in because of the ban on ordering nicotine through the mail in New York . Was a skeptic I have vaped Halo e-liquid for most of 10 years i'm 35 used vape to quit smoking now I can't just order my vape. With the only other option being start smoking again(after the ban). This shop helped me out (both of my parents and one of my grandparents died from lung cancer/COPD). I have been to a Pulmonologist had multiple x-rays and CT scans of my lungs (just last year? Because of me possibly inheriting a hereditary illness?)and my Dr told me she didn't even need to see me any more just that I can't start smoking again this place helped me in what will hopefully just be a short time of need (their vape is better then good). The absurdity of banning something that keeps people from smoking/respiratory illness and cancer is ridiculous.
