Steve and the entire support staff are 100% professional and responsive. We run a small contracting business, the level of support and response we get is truly amazing, just as if we were one of his larger accounts. What inspires us to keep coming back every year: 1. Complete knowledge of ever changing tax laws. 2. They utilize technologies such as remote desktop and transfer of QB files so that not all meeting have to be person to person. 3. They also keep the human factor involved by ensure we do meet up at least once a year and lastly, they really are a great group of individuals who value customer service!
