Bowers & Co. were extremely helpful in our PPP application process. We are a small non-profit with limited in-house resources, and so appreciated this assistance very much. Called Syracuse office first, spoke with receptionist what transferred me to a voicemail system. Left a detailed message and nobody ever returned the call. Later tried emailing the Watertown office. Again, a fairly detailed introduction and zero response. I can understand that maybe their services were not compatible with my needs, but very unprofessional to not respond at all.
