    The staff are friendly and do their best to be helpful. Their claim of "get your dentures in days" is false advertising though. It took a month to get mine. Update: lowered my rating to 1. I'm over a month now getting my dentures. I was told i would get a call to schedule my next appointment and never did. Did it myself and I had an appointment to pick them up and they were closed. No call, email, or text to tell me they had to reschedule. So yeah I'm paying 3000 mostly out of pocket for them and this has been my experience so far.

    I'm gonna have to say, this is the WORST experience I've had in a dental clinic. My first visit wasn't very good, my second was worst. When you schedule me to pick up something on a specific date and time, I expect the item to be ready for pick up then. Otherwise, I'd expect you to call me ahead of time to tell me to reschedule and not wait to tell me when I get there. I showed up, the front office person seemed so confused as to why I was even there.. mumbled something about "we tried calling you..." Then she asked to confirm my number which I said was correct.. But no one called me. Then she found out I wasn't there for cleaning, so obviously no one really did contact me for this appointment because she didn't even know what I was there for. Then all of a sudden, I come to find out the item was not even ready for pickup..something about their Lab tech isn't there and it wasn't finished. She asked for all of my info again and said "now you have an account..." whatever that means. That made me think, was the process to make my item even started at all?? But what amazed me is that this front office person did NOT even apologize for their mistake. Not one sorry.. I understand it's not her mistake, but as she works there, she should've at least apologized to me.. It sounded like it was MY fault for showing up on the day I was scheduled for. If I pay over $300 for this item, I'd expect a great customer service and for my item to actually be ready on time. I should've checked with the others and find out how bad their service is in this office.

    Would rate negative if I could. Have never been treated so awful by "medical professionals" Nothing Professional about this office at Aspen Dentist in Watertown NY. As a patient who was seen before they wanted me to have all my wisdom teeth out when I don't even have three of them in and I am in my forties, but they had a whole list of any little things to equal a ton of money. At that point it wasn't about what I needed or what was bothering or even teeth that I had, I was a number with a $Sollar sign attached. Because I was uncomfortable with a tooth and needed to be seen, I called on Monday and they could get me in on Thursday so I went in, man was that a huge mistake. The staff messed up an appointment and lied to my face to say it was the third party line, when I told them it was the office number I called they kept changing there story to it didn't get put into the system because they have been down for two weeks. After asking me to come back in two hours when the dentist got done lunch, they then told me there was all ready a couple patients there and they would have me sit and wait until a patient up until 7pm would no show in order for me to be seen. After addressing the situation with catching them in all the lies they keep saying and me spending hours just waiting to be seen they said they were not going to see me. I feel that is the best that could happen because I would not trust my worst enemy with any service they give without care and compassion. Now will find a new dentist that is not just about the money and who is on lunch break.
