Hilton Garden Inn Watertown/Thousand Islands

We went to the town to see the total eclipse. The hotel is great and room is clean. Their breakfast is also good. If I happen to come back to the town, I would stay there again.

Oveall, this was a great hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the on-site restaurant and bar were a welcome convenience. While the bed itself seemed comfortable, the pillows were a bit flat. I would recommend requesting extra pillows at check-in if you prefer a firmer headrest

We had a most EXCELLENT stay here for the night. The hotel was full but surprisingly quiet. We checked in late, and the three front desk employees were all smiles. Morning buffet breakfast was one of the best Hilton breakfasts we'd had (IMO, based on differing brands). Again, staff according and friendly.

Internet connection is unreliable. If you are a remote worker, this isn't going to work for you. Front desk staff was unhelpful to me on multiple calls over the phone before booking, telling me that I should do this online, because they can't help me. Once arrived, my wife commented on how abrasive they were to her in person. I've got diamond status with Hilton: not saying that makes me special, but it does mean that I stay at a LOT of hilton's across the country, often. This one stands out: very unhelpful staff.
