        I have had multiple claims with Allstate and BillieJo is the best in the business and I have been extremely impressed with their offices professionalism as customer service has been at an all time low everywhere else. Highly recommend their services. Thx Billie Jo and thx Allstate.

        when my local insurance representative retired, and my account got transferred to Watertown, I was very nervous about starting a new relationship with someone who doesn't know me, someone for whom I'm just one more client. I was wrong! since day one Billiejo was super helpful, personally contacting me and answering my questions, etc. She is always on top of things and always with the best customer service you can imagine. I know I can trust that she looks after my best interest, and I know she is there for me if I need her. I can't recommend her enough.
