I've worked with Lorie O'Brien at Bridgeview Real Estate twice and had a wonderful experience both times. As a first-time homeowner, I was very nervous about all the ins and outs of buying a home, and Lorie immediately put me at ease, helping me every step of the way. My first home was purchased during the pandemic when I actually lived in NYC. Lorie went out of her way to help me find and view homes remotely! She was determined to help me find a home, even given the challenges of my current location. She listened to me and tailored a home search to find houses that most fit me, making the best use of my time and doing everything she could to support viewing them. Fast forward a few years later, I decided I was ready for another move, and I partnered with Lorie to sell my current home. She worked her magic, put my home up for sale, and within a day, she had it sold! I couldn't have been happier. Outside of Lorie's ability to truly understand my wants/needs, she helped guide me through all of the other aspects of purchasing/selling a home, which in my opinion are the most stressful - financing, inspections, closing processes etc. She really put me at ease throughout the entire process, and I would recommend her and Bridgeview Real Estate to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home. I certainly know I'll be knocking on her door if/when the time comes again for me to sell or purchase real estate.

We cannot say enough about Shondra. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and timeliness are simply outstanding. Shondra listed a waterfront property for us and was very responsive to all aspects of the listing. She was always available, and at one point, even while she was on crutches, my wife and I watched in awe as she navigated a steep terrain all the while discussing details with a client. She has a background in media, and produced an incredibly skillful, and quite detailed video complete with music, drone footage and oration, that was simply fantastic. We were very happy with the effort she put forth and would not hesitate to utilize her services in the future. Thank you again Shondra for all you did for us. Matt and Melanie Zegil.

Working with Lorie and entire team at BridgeView was an amazing experience. I was able to purchase my first home with the help of the entire team at BridgeView . A smooth and simple process with the feeling like youre dealing with your own family . Highly recommend BridgeView to anyone who is in the market to purchase or sell a home or property . The team is amazing and the knowledge they bring to this type of business is the best of the best . I cant thank them enough.

We hope to convey our confidence and pleasure of working with Lori O'Brien of Bridgeview Real Estate. Lori's knowledge, hard work ethics and professionalism has provided us with the assistance we required. Not only is it sad to have to sell church property, but it is heart wrenching for those involved that have been a part of these parishes for many years.
