Karmen was a fantastic, attentive, waitress and provided amazing service! Had an over done steak and she took care to make sure I got a juicy, great second cut! She Kept our glasses full and provided many updates on the status of our food! I would highly recommend her for your dining needs!!!

We placed a Togo order at 7:06pm, two entrees and an appetizer. We arrived and checked in at 7:20pm it stated it would be ready around 7:45pm. I waited patiently in the car with my husband and two toddlers, it came to 8pm and I went up to the window to check on my order and they stated the kitchen was behind and they were waiting on my steak still, I said no problem they gave us some Rolls and butter for the kids which I appreciated while we waited. I sat and waited longer until 830pm came around still waiting for our food, finally I see the Manager Dylan walking out, he apologized greatly about how long it was taking and told us he would refund the money for the food and gave us a free entree which I was very grateful that he came out and apologized right to my car he was very friendly and very sorry. He gets a 10/10 for personality and thoughtfulness! What upset me the most was after waiting another 20 mins after he came out our food came out the man assured me everything was there only to get home to realize I never got my appetizer or the 2nd salad for the entree.... im thankful for Dylan bc he made it better but I'm still very upset about the rest of the situation... I do understand also that in house dinners come first but almost two hours for a Togo order is a bit much...
