This team was Awesome!! We had made a reservation with Stanley for double the price without knowing about Servpro and they canceled on us not even an hour before our appointment We were quite disappointed and it was a rush due to our move-out being the following day however it was a blessing in disguise, we called Servpro and they had guys on sight within an hour! They did Amazing, didnt charge us extra for deodorizer, didnt nickel and dime us for every little thing, and were much more professional and helpful! Everything was explained clearly aswell! Save your hard-earned money and time by booking Servpro from the beginning! Would Highly Recommend Servpro over any other carpet cleaner company!!

Mark and his team were top notch. I had placed an emergency call on a Saturday and within an hour his staff was in place evaluating the situation. Thanks to their rapid response we were able to save the facility from further damage and immediately begin the cleanup process. They were professional and diligent. We highly recommend SERVPRO of Jefferson County for your service needs and would most definitely use them again if it were needed! Wonderful experience with Servpro! They were thorough, timely, efficient, and professional. They had a clean up crew out to my house first thing the next morning. They even mopped my upstairs floors where they walked through with shoes. Would definitely use again! Service: Sewage cleanup
