        Its been 32 months since I paid for my windows and 25 months since they were poorly and incompletely installed. Every time they send someone its a new employee and I get the same response. Wow this is wrong we need to correct it Ill order the parts and get it done then nothing. I have to continuously call and no resolution. The worst part is David the owner did my actual initial measure but I cant reach him at all. After they get your money you are nothing to this shoddy company. I have many pictures of their craftsmanship. They left nails sticking 2 out of my walls, placed tools and windows on hardwood floors with no blankets down. Used my extension ladders without asking permission and left them on the house at the end of the day. This is a ridiculous company that only gets away with their horrible business model because there is no oversight in Jefferson county. I would stay far away from this shady company unless you really dont like your home and you have years to wait to try to get things installed properly.
