Hi, I was just there Im a customer for a long time. The manager came up to me at the register. I dont know his name. I had one brussels sprout mixed in my bag. He individually picked it out and told me hes gonna let me go I said Im paying for it its on the scale. Embarrassed me very much. It was included on the weight on my purchase scale. He individually picked out the Brussel sprout one piece and showed it to me and said you can have it for free. I said Im paying for it thats why I put it in the bag. Disgusting management.

Atmospheric seems ok. Food is ok BUT THE BAKERY STAFF NEEDS TRAINING.arrived at the bakery counter to a lady behind the counter wiping down her station wearing gloves. I asked for cookies waiting patiently to see if she would change her gloves.unfortunately she did not. She used the same dirty gloves that she was using to handle a nasty looking white rag and also handling others bakery items straight to my cookies. No way was I buying those. Sorry. Get better training and teach the cashiers some manners. They have none

I can't possibly overstate how ridiculously GREAT this place is! A large, bright, airy supermarket with dedicated and well-stocked meat, seafood, deli, and bakery departments, a fantastic fresh produce department with everything you could possibly be looking for, including exotic Caribbean staples, prepared foods and sandwiches, fresh-made sushi & rolls, and an extensive assortment of canned and frozen items, cooking and baking needs, dairy items, cleaning needs, etc., all super-clean and attractively organized. But the best part is how friendly and available the entire staff is, from the people stocking the aisles to the various departments' attendants to the cashiers -- it's an amazing shopping experience, something you'll never find at the big chains. So glad I gave them a try!! (I should add that I've now shopped here several times and the experience has been consistent).
