        Had a lapse in my insurance. With Covid being what it was and is, I thought I setup auto payments I guess I did something wrong. When payment was due and LAPSED called them up. I stated you didn't call...response "I know". I stated you didn't send an e-mail...response "I know but we mailed a letter". Called Geico and got everything sorted out in a few minutes. Terrible Terrible experience with this Allstate agent and to top it off they laughed at my wife as we were trying to cancel. They sent a clear message that they do NOT care at ALL.

        Quality of service and professionalism is next to none. Unlike several insurance companies, Evelyn Martinez Allstate agency actually cares about their consumers, and strive to meet their insurance needs accordingly. The price may not always be the cheapest, but the quality of coverage is top of the line. That coupled with people that work with the highest level of integrity makes this the best agency I have gotten insurance from.
