Pat is excellent at what he does his passion is portrayed in each and every sample on the wall and project awaiting pick-up by clients! I went in with three newspapers and a diploma that needed framing but had little idea how I wanted it to done or how I wanted the final product to look. Pat was nothing but patient with me as he suggested several ideas and provided his own preferences and advice to help with my indecision. The final product for each was incredible and looks excellent hung upon my walls. I have worked with Patrick for years on numerous projects. First, he always know EXACTLY the perfect frame not only for the art, but for the overall aesthetic I am looking to achieve. Thats a TIME SAVER! Second, we have worked on projects from photography to art. Patrick always has suggestions & offers a wide variety of art to suit your taste. Third, the SERVICE from initial meeting to final hanging. He wants his clients to be happy and love their masterpieces!

The owner of the framing studio is humble and down to earth, they turned at blurry 35+ year old picture and turned it into a beautiful canvas highly recommend!!

My experience dealing with Patrick was horrible. I have never written a review before for anyone, but my experience with this frame shop was that bad. Patrick was supposed to frame a Jersey for me. He promised it would be done in three weeks. When I called after three weeks, he told me to come in that following Monday. I spoke to him via email and told me to come in after 4. I arrived there at that time when he told me my jersey was not ready. It was so unprofessional to lie to a client and tell them their product that they ordered was ready when it was not. I had to drive an hour out of my way because he lied. He then told me it would be ready by WED instead that same week. However, when I called him WED to verify that it would be ready again he lied and it was not. By Friday he called and said it was ready. After picking it up, he gave me a frame that was double the size of what I ordered. He thought he was doing me a favor by giving me a bigger frame that cost more money, but that is not what I wanted and would not fit on my wall. When I asked for my money back he was extremely hostile and unapologetic. I have never been talked to with such disrespect. He was not sorry at all and was very angry and yelling at me. I asked for my money back and he told me to cancel my credit card instead of just taking responsibility and refunding me himself. I would never do business with this man and if you do it would be a giant mistake. On top of it all I asked him if the paperwork for my jersey was in the frame that I gave to him to put it and again he lied. When I had to have the jersey deframed by another person the paperwork was not there. This man is a liar and a crook.
