I've been doing business with Chris for almost 4 years now. No issues, great communication and quality of prints. I enjoyed our occasional banter and it felt good knowing that I am supporting a small family business. Recently, all that has changed. Chris accepted multiple jobs from me and failed to deliver while keeping the deposit. His communication became sporadic until it ceased to exist. I am not upset about the lost monies, the truth is, I would have paid double. What bothers me the most, is the wasted time and effort with the lack of prints that were much needed. I trusted Chris and he failed me and my business when we needed him the most.

I have done business w/Chris King at his Royal Mailing & Printing for about a year and a half and been extremely pleased w/the service and prices. Dealing w/Chris is never a hassle and he will print documents to order, assist w/artwork, and is prompt. I recommend Royal Mailing & Printing w/o hesitation.

I have used Royal a handful of times for business when I am in a jam and Chris has come through for me with speed and accuracy every time. I couldn't ask for more. He is very friendly and gets the job done for a fair price. I will continue to use Royal for my printing and mailing needs.
