I worked with Mitchell on my first home and was able to close the deal within a month. Now Im investing in real estate and I always go to Mitchell for advice. He is not just an awesome attorney but has great insight in real estate investment. Im on my way to purchasing my second home and he always answers all my questions. This is the 4th time I have used Mitchell's services and the 3rd time for a Commercial property. Mitchell was great as this was a complicated deal and his lighting fast response time helped to get to the deal closed. He was able to navigate the deal to perfection despite the fact that it was located in the upstate New York Region.
