        1.19.23. Matter is still not resolved. Department has no regard to this issue. Ruined clothing, Inconvenience and aggravation. Absolute worst. Ive had brown/rusty water since October 2020 which has also damaged my clothing. Provided pictures and links to items purchased and they absolutely do not care. Assistant supervisor laughed at my face, promised me to flush fire hydrant and no one ever came. Its unfortunate how selfish the Board is and how the inconvenience a community. Moreover, they claim its safe to drink. Who is willing to drink or bathe in rusty water???

        The water tastes great and the cost is very good. I only wish they had automatic debit from my checking account so I wouldnt have to send payment every time I get a bill. All of my other utilities do this. Nearby Garden City allows residents to automatically pay their water bills. If West Hempstead did then I would give them five stars.
