I have an A+ rating with the BBB, fully insured with State Farm and certified by Microsoft to work on Windows 10/11. I also offer remote sessions for your convenience. Loaner laptops are available if needed. I do not work on Apple devices or cell phones. My specialty is problem resolution and help with Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10/11. I have many clients who have cancelled their Best Buy Geek Squad contract and switched to an annual service agreement with me. I often educate my clients about the importance of computer safety. I offer personalized shopping service which includes coming with you to help make your computer/printer purchase and asking the right questions for you.
