Flower delivery was scheduled for the 14th, Valentines Day. We got a delivered notification via email and text on the 14th but the $100+ flowers were not delivered. I called customer service the day of, the following day, and a few times in the following ten days. The responses were we are investigating. It took the company over a week to determine that the flowers were not, in fact, delivered. It took a handful more calls to get a refund approved. Today is the 23d, nine days after supposed delivery and they say the refund will arrive in 2-6 days. Well see if the money comes back. I order and receive a lot of flowers (a part of my culture). I understand hiccups, especially on Valentines Day. But the fact that this took so long, and so much effort to resolve, while dealing with astonishingly poor and belittling customer service, is beyond me. The standard here is: upgrade and attempt immediate delivery OR issue immediate refund. Any other company would (and has) done both, the day after first scheduled delivery at the latest. Flowers are not just flowers. My husband is training soldiers in Ukraine, and him making sure I get a note from him on Valentines Day took a lot of effort and he trusted this company to take care of services rendered. To me, it means hes alive and thinking of his family as we currently have little other contact with him. And even if he was next door Bloom has absolutely ruined an important day for any couple without an apology. Order via your local flower shop. This place is a scam.

Sadly, had the need to send flowers for a funeral. That said, there is simply no better florist to call. Once again I left it to the Blossom artists and their creative genius. The floral arrangement was simply magnificent. So was the extea bouquet for the missus!

It's an amazing place to order flowers or plants, very professional. I requested from Mexico using the web page, easy to use and secure. The plant was decorated super cute. I really recommend it.
