MaidPro Scarsdale

Ive worked with MaidPro for over 5 years. Ive had nothing but a wonderful experience! As soon as my previous cleaner who did an amazing job left, I was replaced with Diana Shaw. She rushes through the work, she doesnt actually deep clean she tries to be nice yet is very nasty. And as I over hear her, she thinks because we do regular services weekly she can 1/2 step the cleaning and not do so thoroughly. She needs to be re trained! I hope someone from this office reaches out and RECTIFIES THIS OR ILL BE MOVING TO HANDY OR HUX! Services: Standard cleaning, Deep clean

They were tasked to clean an empty 2 br 1b apartment to prepare for a move in. I was charged $200 (the full rate for three hours) after the lady was only in there for 2ish hours. And she did a shoddy job cleaning as well. There was dust on the floor and oil muck on the cabinets still. The bathroom faucets werent even wiped. When I called to complain they did offer to send out another lady but there was no time for me to really even try that out. The only accommodation they provided was $25 off for the terrible cleaning job & another $30 off because she wasnt there for the full 3 hours. I essentially paid 145 for someone to spray fabreeze. Weak customer service and Im never using this place again. Services: General housekeeping, Deep clean

Was referred to MaidPro from my friend in my complex. So glad I gave them a call! I recently had surgery and needed help around my apartment. Amber was fabulous!!!! SO personable and hard working. My home has never been more clean. So happy with the service. Everyone I spoke to was amazing from the company. Will use again and HIGHLY recommend. Service: Standard cleaning

So far, so good! I am having nothing but good experiences with them. Seems like maybe there is a new management team, and they are great. They call me the day before and remind me they are coming, which for a scatterbrain like me, its great! and they check in on me after every clean, I love that. They have this long list they leave with my every time, and the place is spotless. Everyone is sooo nice, and they gave me my own personal representative so I dont have to call some 888 number and get frustrated being xferred to 100 people, can't speak highly enough, love these guys.
