River Mill Lofts Apartments

I haven't moved in yet but so far I've had an amazing experience with Sierra who's been assisting me and my roommate with our move and all the necessary paperwork and documents we need for our lease and utilities. It's truly been such a pleasure working with her and she's been so incredibly patient with me and all my questions (lol).

Wont even allow visitors to sleep in the parking lot when visiting residents after a fun night out. Stuck up and entitled to its core. This is not the local culture we want to support here In the mountains. If your nice, kind, southern stay away!

Don't do it. Over priced. Awful management. Staff is great but management is rude and not available most of the time. Most of the amenities dont work. Look elsewhere. Only positive thing is staff and maintenance are friendly but terribly understaffed. Would not recommend for the price. Property manager is rarely here and is probably one of the most disrespectful person I have ever met. When the pool is open expect all of Asheville to be there. Basically a community pool because gate access does not require key fob access. No visitor parking. Parking lot is over max capacity. Cars parked wherever they can fit. If you live here and cant find a parking space you could be towed for parking in the wrong spot or not moving the car by 9am. Once again awful management.

Stopped by the property to visit a friend and absolutely loved it. Super dog friendly and the staff was so kind and accommodating. Would definitely move here!
